REVLON REVLONISSIMO TECHNICS Oxidant for coloring 9% 30 VOL 900ml

Creamy texture oxidant intended for coloring and brightening treatment. It is titled for professional paints Revlon Revlonissimo, High Coverage, Revlon Super-Blond and Revlon Professional brighteners. •          12% (4 VOL) coverage and lightening by 3 or more tones
