Return and exchange of goods

The customer may return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, even without stating a reason.

Step 1: Notification of Return/Exchange

1. Choose the form of contact: Contact the shop using the method of your choice, whether by telephone, e-mail or via the contact form on the website.
2. Explain the situation: Carefully describe the reason why you wish to make a return or exchange. Include your order number and information about the product you intend to return or exchange.
3. The product you are returning/exchanging: The shop may ask you to send photos or additional information about the product you plan to return or exchange. Make sure the product is intact and in its original packaging.

Step 2: Organise the return/exchange

1. The shop offers the only option for return - courier dispatch.
2. Packing the product: if you are going to return the product, pack it carefully in the original packaging or in a suitably protective material to avoid damage in transit. Include the return/exchange form with your parcel.

Step 3: Shipping/Delivery

1. Delivery of the parcel: Deliver the parcel to the courier company of your choice or as instructed by the shop. Make sure you retain proof of postage.

Step 4: Return/Exchange processing

1. Processing: The shop will review the returned product or exchange request submitted. The process may take some time.
2. Notification: The shop will contact you to inform you that the return or exchange has been accepted and the next steps.
3. Refund or exchange: the shop will process a refund to your account or make an exchange for another product in accordance with the contract.
